Boris Ondo is the Global Manager of Koo Facilitation Group.

Boris is an Organization Development Consultant and Facilitator who brings a unique perspective of adaptability and a global mindset to his role. Originally from Gabon, a vibrant French-speaking country in Central Africa, he has been based in South Korea for 14 years. After a half-decade stint as a Foreign Service professional, he embarked on this career. He was awarded the prestigious Korean Government’s Global Scholarship (GKS) in 2010; he completed his higher education, mastering the language and immersing himself in the local culture.

His mission is to empower individuals and organizations to lead with Purpose and thrive across cultures, recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that come with navigating diverse cultural contexts. He uses academic tools and professional business techniques to guide individuals, groups, and organizations through transformative journeys, neutrally facilitating their discovery of their hidden potential and Purpose to realize their inner greatness and thrive in any cultural context. With deep roots in Africa, his home, and Asia, his adopted continent, he leverages a unique blend of intercultural insight to foster environments and the flourishing and high performance of diverse individuals and groups.

His Political Science and diplomacy background, coupled with over half a decade of experience as a Trade and Investment Attaché in a foreign mission, gave him a robust understanding of diplomatic relations, international trade, and business. It also sharpened his negotiation and conflict resolution skills, which are essential for today’s globalized business landscape.

Boris is certified in Organizational Culture from The Culture Factor (former Hofstede Insights), demonstrating his understanding of the role of culture in organizational dynamics. He is also a certified Master Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety from TEAM.AS.ONE Action-Learning, equipping him with the skills to create safe and inclusive team environments across countries.

Beyond his professional work, Boris is deeply committed to youth transformation, leadership, and empowerment. His passion is to inspire the youth to discover their unique potential and make positive contributions to the world. In 2018, he founded the African Youth Action Foundation(AYAF), an organization dedicated to nurturing Africa’s future leaders through transformative educational and cultural programs.
