Elin Han
The “Inclusionist”
Elin is a certified facilitator and a global Organizational Development Lead Consultant at KOO Facilitator Group.
Elin has been fascinated with facilitation and OD since her university years, during which she won several awards in the fields. She developed a considerable interest in global issues, a passion highlighted by her success in English Parliamentary Debate championships throughout her undergraduate period.
After graduating with honors in Political Science and Diplomacy, she pursued a 9-year meaningful and rewarding career in Multinational corporations, including the Korean conglomerate CJ Group, before joining KOOFA.
Elin’s professional journey is marked by her global facilitation experience, which includes impactful projects with renowned multinationals such as LG Energy Solution, KIA, and MET Life. Her contributions have been instrumental in fostering collaborative environments and driving international projects.
Elin is also passionate about diversity and inclusion, and that passion is not just a professional interest but a personal commitment. She has recently enrolled in Korea University Graduate School to deepen and hone her knowledge and skills in Psychological Science Convergence. This academic pursuit reflects her dedication to addressing DE&I challenges through facilitation in both global and Korean contexts.
