About this certification

Team Psychological Safety (TPS) is the shared belief among team members that it’s safe to take interpersonal risks together: to admit a mistake, ask for help, or raise a concern without fear of being shut down. In Google’s internal Project Aristotle research, covering 180 teams, psychological safety had by far the largest impact on team performance of any factor measured.

TEAM.AS.ONE’s certification, created by Dr. Peter Cauwelier based on his doctoral research and global facilitation experience, trains practitioners to measure TPS rigorously and translate the results into real interventions. More than 750 participants across 28 countries have completed the program.

KOOFA’s own team includes a TEAM.AS.ONE-certified Master Facilitator based in Korea, so this certification, and the underlying TPS survey and report, is delivered directly through KOOFA without an additional intermediary.
