Leadership Epoché

Drawing on cognitive psychology and mindfulness practices, our facilitation-led process guides leaders through self-reflection and bias-awareness exercises.

EPOCHE, a term from ancient Greek meaning the suspension of judgment forms the foundation of the KOOFA Leadership Epoche Course.

In today's organizations, which are navigating the changes of a VUCA world and the evolving needs of their members, this course presents the essential roles, competencies, and philosophical reflections that leaders must embody.

It begins with the reflection of the leader's will, philosophy, and view of humanity:

Reflect on whether the leader truly has the will to be a deader and what philosophy and view of people they have of their members

Mutual learning through practice and discussion

About 70% of the entire course consists of practical training and discussions, and by sharing and discussing cases experienced by leaders from various organizations, participants learn by connecting the training content with reality.

Understanding the essence of leadership and connecting it with the spirit of EPOCHE:

I study leadership theories to find out what kind of leadership I am pursuing and what my current leadership is like, and I connect leadership with the spirit of EPOCHE (delaying judgment).

Presenting the role of a new leader in response to change:

It deeply deals with the role, competence, and philosophical thinking needed by the organization in line with the changes in the world of VUCA and the changes in its economically and intellectually enhanced membership.

Pre/post EPOCHE leadership sell-diagnosis progressed:

Conduct EPOCHE leadership self-diagnosis before and after training, and provide diagnostic results report to help identify changes and continuously develop EPOCHE leadership competency through training.

To increase the acceptance of members, the communication of the leader must change.
