One-on-One Conversation Skills

This training builds strong one-on-one conversation skills—covering active listening, thoughtful questioning, and effective feedback—through guided coaching simulations.

In a world of constant change, we address an approach to increasing member acceptance of change by looking at the context of organizational communication.

When there is a change in the organization's structure, system, or direction
How would you communicate with your members?

The era when members became media.

‘Internal’ communication has become more cautious

As social platforms like Blind become active, big and small   things within the organization spread without filtration, often making media headlines.

An organization where a horizontal culture has become important.

‘Top-down’ communication has become more difficult.

With the emphasis on bottom-up communication, in which organizations gather the opinions of their members, it has become more cautious than ever for leaders to deliver messages from the top down.

A world of constant change

Communicating ‘change management’ is tricky.

Organizations face frequent changes from time to time. In the process of accepting change, we have often faced resistance and opposition from members.

To increase the acceptance of members, the communication of the leader must change.

Downward Communication?

A communication where the leader represents the organization's stance from a macro perspective and takes the lead in engaging with members.

Unlike unilateral Top-down communication, it seeks a balance with Bottom-up communication that incorporates members' opinions.
